International Oddities

I was just browsing earlier and I came across this website called International Oddities where they sells one hundred percent Legal Buds and Herbal Smokes plus dozens of smoking accessories for the RYO (Roll Your Own) consumer. For over twenty five Years they have redefined the smoking market and been hailed by industry as the future of smoking in America and all over the world. Their patented packaging, innovative cigarette boxes with built in rolling papers, extreme rolling machines and hookahs insure fun, variety and adventure for the sophisticated smoker who insists on a unique experience. I was actually surprised with all the products they offered like Hawaiian Hybrid A'hia Bud, it's just anything Hawaiian catches my eyes and it will just make me more interested (maybe because we are talking of moving to Hawaii someday somehow). They welcome the growth of the future of smoking but they will scold lesser companies for impersonating them, mis-stating facts about their industry, lying about their own "'so called" ingredients, and putting up sister sites, blogs and the like pretending to give independent rankings to how "great" their legal bud products are only to attempt to sway public opinion through deceptive practices. They hope you take comfort in knowing they are the company worthy of your trust. You may have seen them in High Times magazine, Maxim, Penthouse, Magical Blend, AP Press, Skunk, many others- Or in dozens of top Hollywood feature films. If you go to their site International Oddities you will find more variety of thier products.

South Carolina "South of the border"

This attraction just happen to in our route. We never planned of going but we were tired and wanted to stop. We saw it and stop and it's cool to know that it is near the boundary of South Carolina and North Carolina. We brought our bird Daisy and let her enjoy it. It was worth stopping though. A lot of little shops.

Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco, California

San Francisco is one of my favorite cities to visit. There's a lot of places to go to to, lots of stuff to enjoy. One of them is The Golden Gate Bridge. We tried to walk to go to the other end and back but we never made it. We turn around when we reach the middle. It was a long walk and it was showering. Either way Golden Bridge is amazing.

Death Valley National Park

I have heard a lot of Death Valley as the lowest, driest and hottest valley in the United States and there's a lot of people died because of dehydration. The minute we start driving, I never had a doubt about what I had heard. It's just massive of nothingness. It's still nice to know that I have been to the lowest point.

Mount Charleston, Nevada

This trip was kinda crazy. I went to Mount Charleston with my skirt thinking that there wouldn't be snow but I was freezing because when we got there there were snow everywhere. Luckily I had my jacket in the car, helps me a little bit :). I enjoyed playing with snow even though I only had my skirt.

Las Vegas, Nevada

What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas! It's so popular that almost everybody if not all knows about it. Of Vegas is known for it's major resort city for the gaming industry, shopping, and entertainment. Las Vegas, billed as The Entertainment Capital of the World, is famous for massive and lavish casino resorts, the unrestricted availability of alcoholic beverages (as is true throughout Nevada), and adult entertainment. Once officially referred to as Sin City, this image has made Las Vegas a popular setting for films and television programs.

It is know for what it is. I was surprised with all the hotels and casino built on the strip. It's beyond my expectations. It's definitely fun to visit as long you don't lose all you moey :)

BUCCANEERS VS. DOLPHINS @ Raymond James Stadium

When I first came here in the US I have no idea what football was. I was so curios and ask Ray a bunch of questions when we had our thanksgiving at mom. Guys were watching it, as a sports fan I was so thrilled to know what football is all about. After a year I finally understood the game a cheer for the ampa Bay Buccaneers . They have their home field at Raymond James Stadium (formerly Tampa Community Stadium) . Super Bowl XXXV was held there on January 28, 2001 between the Baltimore Ravens and New York Giants where the half time was the talk of the town because of the wardrobe malfuncton.. It will host Super Bowl XLIII in 2009.

This was my first football game and The Tampa Bay Buccaneers won on this game! against the Miami Dolphins.

The Hollywood "Walk of Fame"

When you wanna see stars the first thing comes in your mind is Hollywood. Of course a lot of stars live in Hollywood. We visited a lot of places and one of them is The Hollywood Walk of Fame located in the sidewalk along Hollywood Boulevard and Vine Street in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California that serves as an entertainment hall of fame with more than 2,000 five-pointed stars featuring the names of not only human celebrities but fictional characters honored by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce for their contributions to the entertainment industry. Ray and I followed the stars for curiosity and found out that it runs east to west on Hollywood Boulevard from Gower Avenue to La Brea Avenue and north to south on Vine Street between Yucca Street and Sunset Boulevard. The Walk of Fame is nearly a three and a half (3 1/2) mile round trip walk. It's worth checking out when you happen to be in Hollywood.
